Database Consulting Services

Our highly skilled senior database consultants provides our clients with the Database Consulting Services which includes, but not limited to,

  • Design of database schema
  • Advising database administrators on setup of systems
  • Integration and synchronization database systems

Database Reporting Services

Iconyx senior database consultant provides Database Reporting Services including, but not limited to,

  • Design, implementation and troubleshooting of management reports using Iconyx applications.
  • Reports will be generated according to Client specification

Systems Consulting Services

Systems Consulting Services are provided by experienced Iconyx spatial data systems consultants including, but not limited to,

  • Evaluation of Client business processes in the office and in the field
  • Design of data capture systems
  • Specification and documentation of system requirements
  • Advising system administrators on setup of systems
  • Integration and synchronization of systems

Implementation Services

Iconyx provides Implemetation Services which includes development and testing of specified enhancements to Iconyx applications.

Installation Services

Iconyx performs installation service to enable expert installation of Iconyx applications onto Client IT systems and mobile hardware and correct configuration of Iconyx applications.

Data Migration Services

The Iconyx provides Data Migration Services for its clients to help them migrate their data from existing systems to Iconyx database applications.

Technical Support

Iconyx provides technical support services to support the applications supplied by Iconyx. Our Techincasl Support service includes advice and troubleshooting for all the applications provided by us.

Technical Support Agreement

The Techincal Support Service to support the applications supplied by Iconyx. The service will be provided up to the specified number of hours over the specified period on the Technical Support Agreement document.

Software Maintenance

Iconyx provides its clients with an access to upgrades and defect fixes at no charge on specific applications supplied by Iconyx, as they become available.

System Design Services

Iconyx can assist in the design of fully integrated and effective hardware (Mobile Computing, GPS, Digital Cameras, Data Capture software, Form Development), Data and software requirements for clients wishing to collect their own data - but not sure what combination of systems offer robust and consistent performance.

Iconyx are GPS and Spatial Technology specialists who are your strategic resource when it comes to designing an integrated solution for field data capture software using pen computers, PDAs and / or  DGPS and any other requirements.

GPS Training

Through its partner 4D Global, Iconyx provides one of the best GPS Training courses in the world. This training is customised to suit the client and can vary to include all types of software and hardware strategies from beginner GPS with Handheld systems to Advanced Differential GPS solutions.

Training and Consultation

Iconyx provide training for all of our products, services, solutions and software along with training for all hardware, when and if needed by the customer.
