Emergency Marker Grant Application Process Hints & Tips
RapidMap is super excited to share with all the Victorian landowners an in-depth interview with John Pye from ‘Friends of the Grampians Rail Trail Group’ as he explains how YOU can be successful in obtaining a Government GRANT for your new Emergency Markers.
As Victorians have been encouraged to travel local in 2021 and years to come due to COVID, environment owners and Emergency Services have been concerned with keeping travelers SAFE on their trails, waterways, parks and tourist areas. More tourists mean an increase in accidents and this means everyone is re-accessing their processes in place.
One thing we have all noticed is it is extremely difficult to identify WHERE EMERGENCY MARKERS fit into Grant categories.
If YOUR funding requirement is over $5K you cannot get community grants as you need 50% of the total amount of the project for a grant. So what next?
This will be the best 10-minute investment you make to understand:
- WHERE to look?
- WHAT you need?
- WHY you have not received funding?
- HOW to be successful in getting a Grant?
