How to Help the Ambulance

In the year 2019-20, ESTA answered more than 2,700,000 Emergency calls, which is 7,600 a day.

303,405 were linked to emergency events where ESTA helped the Ambulance with.

Of the hundreds of thousands of visitations by Domestic, National and International visitors per year, many of these people will not be familiar with local surroundings and if required to answer:

“Where is your emergency?”

they would struggle in providing details to Triple Zero (000) call takers.
