How to Help the Ambulance

In the year 2021-22, ESTA answered more than 2,803,126 Emergency calls, which is 7,679 a day.

More than 412 calls per day were linked to emergency events which ESTA helped the Ambulance with.

Of the hundreds of thousands of visitations by Domestic, National and International visitors per year, many of these people will not be familiar with local surroundings and if required to answer:

“Where is your emergency?”

they would struggle in providing details to Triple Zero (000) call takers.
